I love illustration; it’s one of my hobbies and
one of my strengths. It’s a dreamy and
freewheeling world, where everything can be
imagined and realized.

PROJECT 01—A WALK THROUGH THE FOREST }
This project is a psychological evaluation that is designed to stretch
the creative imagination and heighten the participant’s cognitive
visualization skills. It is a super-fun exercise, in which participants imagine
what happened based on the scenes or objects described in the
voice audio they hear. There are a total of seven objects, which are the
forest, the key, the cup, the house, the body of water, the bear, and
the wall. I picked three to imagine and illustrate: the bear, the body
of water, and the house.

PROJECT 02—LET US LIVE FOR WILDAID }
This series of posters appeared in schools and police stations in Kenya,
Tanzania, Uganda, and South Africa. For the lion poster I received
a National Silver ADDY Award in 2020. “The Let Us Live Campaign for WildAid
targets youth ages 5-18 by placing illustrated large format 20 x 30”
posters in schools with messaging that encourages students to connect with,
support and protect their clan animals,” according to Nayantara Kilachand,
who is a Program Manager for Africa at WildAid. I am very honored
to have been able to participate in this publicity campaign. Through my works,
I have been able to raise awareness of wildlife protection so that wild animals
can live freely in their natural habitat.
